Working under Professor Kaustav Banerjee at UC Santa Barbara on the development of novel memory technologies by integrating new 2D materials. Research focuses on low-power computing and next-generation memory structures using DFT and TCAD tools.

Sep 2025 – Present
Leading a team of 5 students on a UCSB Senior Capstone Project partnered with AeroVironment. Designed a high-speed carrier board in KiCAD to interface flight controller with cost-effective Raspberry Pis as a companion computer.

Designed a full 32KB SRAM macro in Cadence Virtuoso, from bitcell layout through sense amplifiers, decoders, and control logic. Verified against DRM/LVS rules.

Studied the reliability of consumer embedded processors in space at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Wrote benchmarks for ARM Cortex-M and RISC-V microprocessors to determine effects of radiation-induced single-event upsets, and prepared processors for irradiation campaigns.
Built a fine-tuned Stable Diffusion model via Dreambooth for generating AI-generated portraits.
Autonomous garage door control using an STM32 embedded processor. Manages Bluetooth connectivity, temperature sensing, and motion detection for smart home automation.
An automated controller that uses a Nexys A7 FPGA connected via wires hard-soldered to testpads on a Nintendo DS system to interface with and control games programmatically.
